Classroom teaching reform is the core link of deepening the basic education curriculum reform,which is of great significance for improving classroom efficiency and improving the quality of education and teaching.Taking advantage of the trend of reform,in 2017,Educational Science Bureau and the teaching and research office creatively launched the"Learning-Guiding-Practicing" teaching model in Gujiao,and encouraged schools to start implementing this model.The "Learning-Guiding-Practicing"teaching model advocates “to focus on learning,to change education as a guide,and to train in class",the purpose is to build an efficient classroom.The author selects Suoyu Primary School in Gujiao as a practical research point,mainly through literature method and experience summary method,through personal practice teaching,combined with classroom observation and case analysis,and elaborated the meaning of the "Learning-Guiding-Practicing" teaching mode,The application strategy,the specific application process,and the effects and problems found after the application have found some reasons for these problems,and proposed corresponding improvement measures.In the process of research,the results achieved are obvious to all.First of all,not only the author’s teaching level has been greatly improved,but also the relationship between teachers and students has been improved.Secondly,the "Learning-Guiding-Practicing" teaching mode fully embodies the spirit of students’ cooperation and inquiry,and also gives full play to their creativity and promotes their all-round development.The development of things is always divided into two.Therefore,many problems have been discovered in the research process,such as: there is a certain pattern in the implementation of the "Learning-Guiding-Practicing" teaching model;the preparation and design of the guide plan is random,etc.In response to these problems,I have proposed some improvement measures,such as rational use of teaching resources,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and increasing investment in the training of English teachers.Finally,the teaching model of "Learning-Guiding-Practicing" also follows the concept of "cultivating people with morality,ideological and political education",and advocates that the ideological and political education of one class should be implemented in the classroom.Mr.Zhang Boling,who is known as "a creator of modern Chinese education",proposed: "If you want to reform the country,you must first reform the individual;how to reform the individual? The only way is education." Therefore,in the context of curriculum reform Under the circumstances,the teaching reform in Gujiao is also imperative.The "Learning-Guiding-Practicing" teaching model is a kind of classroom,but also a kind of management and a kind of thinking.Therefore,it is necessary for front line teachers to truly "learn,guide and practice".The teaching model uses "flexible" and "truth",and strives to create an efficient classroom created by teachers and students.
