Research On The Government Function In The Development Of Hexigten Cultural Tourism

Culture is the soul of tourism,tourism is the best carrier of culture,and culture is inseparable from tourism.Under the new normal,with the arrival of the era of mass tourism,the development of cultural tourism has become the only way to promote sustainable development of tourism.Hexigten is located in the east of Inner Mongolia and northwest of Chi Feng City.It is a minority area with Mongolian as the main body and the Mongolian and Han ethnic groups converging and living together.The region has a long history and rich cultural resources,but the local government does not attach importance to cultural tourism,the scenic area lacks the exploitation of cultural resources,and many distinctive local culture is idle.This thesis studies the government management in the cultural tourism development of Hexigten from the perspective of government function by using the theory of government regulation and other public management theories.Through field investigation,visiting the scenic spots of Hexigten,interviewing the relevant government leaders and scenic area leaders,this thesis analyzes the current situation of cultural tourism development in the region and the performance of the government in the development of cultural tourism,and points out the problems existing in the performance of the government’s functions in the development of cultural tourism.On this basis,from the improvement of the government related personnel to the cultural tourism awareness,to promote the implementation of cultural tourism planning implementation;Improve the leadership and executive power of the government,and strengthen the development and integration of cultural tourism resources;To find the cultural orientation of tourism industry in Hexigten,and strengthen the cultivation and promotion of cultural tourism brand;Policy guidance is used to guarantee by funds,and cultural tourism professionals are trained vigorously;The thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the government of Hexigten in the performance of cultural tourism development function in five aspects,such as the organizational leadership of cultural tourism industry and the guarantee of system mechanism,in order to provide reference for promoting the healthy and rapid development of cultural tourism in this area.
