Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Government Function In The Development Of Red Tourism In Z District Of Chongqing City

Red tourism is an important component of the tourism sector.It is a cultural tourism that combines revolutionary education,patriotic spirit,and tourism.It not only promotes revolutionary history,cultivates revolutionary spirit,strengthens patriotic education and culture,but also benefits economic development.The country attaches great importance to the development of red tourism,and continuously releases favorable policies,requiring the comprehensive promotion of red tourism and the improvement of service quality.Z District of Chongqing has long been committed to the development of red tourism.Z District of Chongqing is the birthplace of red culture and an important development area for red tourism that integrates red culture,anti Japanese culture,and the former residences of great anti Japanese people.As a business card of Chongqing’s red tourism,Z District has numerous national level characteristic red tourism resource systems,diverse types of red tourism resources,and profound red cultural heritage.As a special tourism activity,red tourism has the attribute of quasi public goods.The development of red tourism needs to fully leverage the role of local governments in top-level planning,market supervision,cultural and tourism integration,public service supply,publicity and promotion,etc.The role of government functions plays a crucial role in the efficient development of red tourism.This article aims to study the government functions in the development of red tourism in Z area and identify existing problems.Through research and analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the sustainable development of red tourism in Z area.This article first provides an overview of red tourism in Z district of Chongqing,including the distribution of red tourism resources in Z district,analysis of the main body and object of red tourism management in Z district,and analysis of the benefits of red tourism in Z district.Secondly,it elaborates on the current situation of the government’s functions in red tourism in Z district,including the content,form,and effectiveness of the government’s functions.Then,in order to objectively understand the current status of red tourism development in Z District of Chongqing and the performance of government functions in red tourism,two methods of survey were adopted during the writing of the paper,namely questionnaire survey and interview survey,with the aim of better understanding the current situation of red tourism in Z District and the performance of government functions.Through survey design,survey implementation,data analysis,and other work,the research conclusion was finally drawn,We have found that there are problems in the current development of red tourism in Z district,including incomplete public infrastructure construction,lack of market supervision,poor publicity effect,and low integration of culture and tourism in terms of government functions.By exploring the problems existing in government functions and discovering that the main reasons for their occurrence are insufficient capital investment,inadequate market supervision mechanisms,single promotional methods,and the lack of integrated cultural and tourism planning.And from the aspects of strengthening capital investment,improving the regulatory mechanism of red tourism in Z area,enriching the promotion methods of red tourism,and strengthening the integration of culture and tourism,we provide countermeasures and suggestions for the Z area government to play its role in red tourism,in order to further optimize government functions,fully leverage the advantages of Z area’s red tourism resources,accelerate the promotion of red tourism upgrading,and achieve high-quality and sustainable development of Z area’s red tourism.
