One of the organizational cultural transmission patterns, organizational ritual contains abundant information and clues. The behavior of employee's feeling the organizational culture in the ritual is named perception of organizational ritual. Through the questionnaire survey of 376 employee in 15 enterprises, we have explored the impact of the perception of organizational ritual of employees on their job performances and the role of the organizational commitment and situation involvement. Using the methods of structural equation modeling and hierarchical regression analysis, we concluded: (1) perception of organizational ritual has significant positive impact on task performance and situation performance; (2) perception of organizational ritual has significant positive impact on organizational commitment; (3) organizational commitment partly mediates the relationship between employee's perception of organizational ritual and their task performance, and fully mediates the relationship between employee's perception of organizational ritual and their situation performance; (4) employees'situation involvement doesn't moderate the relationship between perception of organizational ritual and organizational commitment.
