Time management means that individuals use some means to manage their own time to improve the efficiency of time utilization.Through the research of time management,the ways of improving work efficiency are explored to reduce the consumption of psychological and physiological resources,promote the state of work and life balance and life happiness.Time management tendency not only includes specific time management behavior,but also reflects the individual's attitude to time and understanding of time value,and the relatively stable and lasting behavior tendency.Therefore,the tendency of time management plays a guiding role in the use of individual time.Some studies have found that good time management disposition is beneficial to individual mental health(Jex&elacqua,1999;Deng Ling,Chen Benyou,2005;Wang Liping,2007).Meanwhile,the higher the level of time management disposition,the higher the individual life satisfaction(Chen Xiaoping,2016),the higher the subjective well-being index(yuan yuan,2006).In addition,time management disposition has a negative effect on job burnout(Huang Lisha,2014;Song Yongli,2007;Tan Diming,2011).Therefore,cultivating a good time management tendency is not only conducive to the effective management of employees'work and life,improving their mental health level,but also conducive to reducing the level of job burnout and creating greater time economic benefits for enterprises.The emergence of"remote office"work mode also puts forward higher requirements for staff time management,so the study of staff time management tendency is of great significance for reducing individual pressure,balancing work and life,for the development of enterprises and the promotion of the overall economic benefits of society.This study takes employees as subjects,combines with the analysis of previous domestic and foreign related measurement tools,uses interview,questionnaire and other methods to explore the structure of employees'time management disposition,and prepares the questionnaire of employees'time management disposition.First of all,based on the literature analysis,a semi-structured interview was conducted with 25 employees,and an open-ended questionnaire was issued.After discussion and expert evaluation,a time management tendency prediction questionnaire was formed.450 employees were invited to fill in the prediction questionnaire,and 381 valid questionnaires were collected.After project analysis and exploratory factor analysis,a preliminary formal scale with 22 projects was formed;the preliminary formal questionnaire was sent out through electronic link,and634 valid questionnaires were collected.After confirmatory factor analysis,reliability and validity analysis,the dimensions and items of the questionnaire were finally determined.Finally,495 employees'time management tendencies were analyzed and studied by using the formal questionnaire,to explore the differences in demographic variables,and to explore the relationship between employees'time management tendencies,achievement motivation and cyber loafing.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The time management tendency of employees consists of five dimensions,namely,goal and plan(7 items),time value(4 items),time efficacy(5 items),time introspection(3items),priority(3 items),22 items in total.(2)Time management disposition questionnaire is a five-dimensional model with good reliability,validity and fit.?~2/df=2.61,RMR=0.045,RMSEA=0.057,GFI?CFI?AGFI?TLI?IFI are all greater than or close to 0.9,indicating that the model fits well;the?consistency coefficient of the total scale is 0.895,and the?coefficient of the sub questionnaire is 0.704-0.870,with good reliability and stable reliability;the correlation between the dimensions of the questionnaire is 0.228-0.565,with a moderate degree of correlation,and the correlation coefficient between dimensions and total score is0.624-0.799,which is highly correlated,and the validity of the questionnaire is good.(3)According to the survey results of the current situation of time management disposition of employees,the time management disposition of employees is in the upper middle level,and there is room for improvement;the demographic variable difference test of time management disposition of employees shows that the main effects of gender,marital status,working years and professional title grade are not significant,the interaction effect of gender and working years was significant,and the interaction effect of gender and professional title grade was significant.(4)The results of correlation analysis show that time management disposition is positively correlated with achievement motivation,positively correlated with success motivation,and not significantly correlated with avoiding failure;time management disposition is negatively correlated with cyber-loafing;achievement motivation is negatively correlated with cyber-loafing.The results of regression analysis show that achievement motivation and time management tendency have significant negative predictive effect on cyber-loafing.The intermediary effect test results show that achievement motivation plays a significant mediating role between time management tendency and cyber-loafing.
