| Tongcheng School was a famous academic school in the middle and late Qing Dynasty.They were good at literature and attached great importance to literary classics.Or literature and history and repair,in the cause of culture and education.Li Cheng,as a scholar in the late period of Tongcheng school who had the same experience with many famous scholars,in the special transitional period of modern China,he not only inherited the tradition of Tongcheng school,but also accepted the influence of new thoughts,and formed a unique historical thought.This paper explores Li Cheng’s historical works from the Angle of historiography history,and summarizes the characteristics of his governance of history and highlights his achievements in historiography.This paper contains five parts.The first part describes Li Cheng’s life and the road of his study.The article lists Li Cheng’s life experience and the process of his study and study in detail according to the time sequence.The second part elaborates Li Cheng’s research achievements in historical geography,which is the key part of this paper.It elaborates from three aspects: compilation characteristics,compilation content and research status.The third part is the study of Li Cheng’s academic history.Through the detailed study of his representative work Anhui Academic in the Qing Dynasty and the comments on scholars of literature and history,it is concluded that Li Cheng directly inherited the academic characteristics of Tongcheng School.The fourth part is the study of Li Cheng’s annals.Through the analysis of the basic content of Chi Yang Zazu,it is concluded that Li Cheng was deeply influenced by Dai Zhen and Zhang Xuecheng on the research ideas and methods of the annals,and made some innovation and development.The last part sums up the general characteristics of Li Cheng’s historical thoughts through the comments of several famous scholars,his friends and students. |
