Human needs are closely related to human development.If human health needs are met,then human free and comprehensive development can be realized.Many well-known thinkers and scholars at home and abroad have discussed this issue.To this day,the issue of needs is still an important research content of philosophy,psychology,anthropology,economics and other disciplines.Marx and his successors are very concerned about human issues,and their ultimate goal is to realize the free and comprehensive development of human beings.The problem of human needs is the basic content of Marxist historical materialism and the basis of Marxist human theory.Studying Marxist needs theory is conducive to further deepening the understanding of Marxist historical materialism,and it is also conducive to promoting the development of Marxist humanism.Based on Marx’s needs theory,this article studies the relationship between human needs and human development and how to achieve human development in an all-round way.First,on the basis of previous studies,it further combs and summarizes the connotation and essence of Marx’s need theory,trying to reflect the essence of Marx’s need theory and highlight the important position and role of Marx’s need theory;secondly,it discusses the needs and needs of people.The inner relationship of human development reveals the importance and effect of human needs on human development;at the same time,it analyzes the phenomenon of alienation in needs and human issues;finally,it puts forward the realization of human needs and human development.This article believes that human needs are closely related to human existence,human nature and human development.Analyzing human needs,establishing a healthy outlook on needs,avoiding and correcting the alienation of human needs will benefit social progress and human development.I hope that through the discussion of these issues,people’s understanding of Marx’s needs theory will be further deepened,and a healthy outlook on needs and development concepts can be established.We also hope that we can make some efforts for the harmonious progress of society and the all-round development of people.The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the research background and research significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods,and main innovations.The second chapter introduces the basic connotation of Marx’s theory of needs,including the meaning of needs,the classification of needs,and the characteristics of needs.The third chapter studies the relationship between human needs and human development.The first is to analyze the important role and significance of human needs to humans;the second to demonstrate the inner relationship between human needs and human development;the third to explore human needs is the basic prerequisite for human development,and human development is human needs The highest goal of human beings,human needs and human development are mutually reinforcing and inseparable.The fourth chapter separately elaborates the alienation of needs and the alienation of people,and conducts a classification study on the alienation of needs and the alienation of people.The fifth chapter explores the ways to realize human development.Social progress,human self-improvement and active participation in social practice can all promote and realize human development.
