| In the new century,the strategic decision of our government todevelop higher occupation education,the construction of higher vocational professional music teachers,especially the development of occupation ability of vocational college music teachers has caused widespread concern.Higher vocational music teachers’ professional ability is the key to develop higher vocational music education.As well as one of the important factor for their professional development.What’s more,to some extent,their professional ability can also affect higher vocational music major development.So it is important to do some research on higher vocational college music teachers occupation ability.From the investigation and analysis of three higher vocational college of Hunan province which have music major,using the questionnaire survey for 90 music teachers to get the data of their occupation ability.And looking into the current situation of vocational college music teachers.the current vocational music teachers occupation ability development has several problems: the ability of occupation education development,implementation is not in place;the capacity for scientific research is deficient;curriculum development ability is.Lacking;educational management ability,participate in awareness isnot in place.The information ability,learning is not in place;Cooperation and coordination ability,social awareness is not in place.The reasons which are lead to this are various,such as the lacking of ideas;motivations;conditions;institution and so on.Based on the present situation of professional competence of music teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hunan,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the professional competence of music teachers in higher vocational colleges.First,updating the education idea,set up the consciousness of professional ability development,secondly,optimization of management system,to ensure the healthy development of vocational ability,thirdly,set up training platform,promote the effective training of professional ability and provide more practice opportunities to improve the environment of professional ability.All of this are provide a reference to the development of professional music teachers in higher vocational colleges in hunan province. |
