With the improvement of people’s living material level,parents began to pay more attention to the development of children’s overall quality.As a new dance,Latin dance has fitness,aesthetic,entertainment,and is loved by all kinds of people.At this stage,the rapid rise of children’s Latin dance in China has attracted more and more children to participate in the study of Latin dance.Therefore,the industry of children’s Latin dance training institutions is developing faster and faster,and the number of children’s Latin dance training institutions is also increasing.However,due to the immature development mode of some children’s Latin dance training institutions,there are various problems in the training institutions,This directly affects the improvement of children’s Latin Dance Level in Xi’an and the future development prospect of Latin dance market.Through the on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey on the development status of some children’s Latin dance training institutions in Xi’an,this paper aims to find out the disadvantages and deficiencies of the children’s Latin dance training institutions in Xi’an,and provide reference opinions and suggestions for the development of the children’s Latin dance training institutions and the sustained and healthy development of the training market in Xi’an.This paper takes the development status and Countermeasures of Xi’an children’s Latin dance training institutions as the research object,through the methods of literature review,expert interview,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,analyzes the basic situation,teaching status,management status,management status of Xi’an children’s Latin dance training institutions In order to provide theoretical and data support for the steady and healthy development of children’s Latin dance training institutions in Xi’an,this paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the situation of teachers and students,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies according to the survey data.The conclusions are as follows:4.1.1 in the development status of Xi’an children’s Latin dance training institutions: through the research of Xi’an children’s Latin dance training institutions,it is found that the overall educational level of the managers and teachers of the training institutions is high,and the parents of the students of the training institutions begin to pay attention to the comprehensive development of the students,which is beneficial to the development of Xi’an children’s Latin dance training institutions.4.1.2 there are the following problems in the development of Xi’an children’s Latin dance training institutions: First,the venues and facilities of the training institutions are not complete,and the venue area is generally small;Second,the distribution of classroom teaching content is unreasonable,the utilization rate of teaching materials is low,there is no unified syllabus of teaching materials,and the popularity of private teaching is low;Third,the training institutions lack of professional management and management talents,and do not pay enough attention to the further training of managers;Fourth,the teaching staff is unstable,the gender ratio of teachers is unbalanced,the level of professional knowledge and skills is not high,the teaching experience is insufficient,and the teachers’ further training situation is not optimistic;Fifth,the sex ratio of students is seriously unbalanced and the competition situation is not optimistic;Sixth,the training institutions do not pay enough attention to the cooperative learning of two people,and the publicity mode of Latin dance is relatively single,and the publicity effect is not obvious.This may affect the sustainable development of Xi’an children’s Latin dance training institutions.4.1.3 Xi’an children’s Latin dance training institutions should improve the hardware facilities and expand the scale in time to create a personalized and characteristic teaching environment;In the process of teaching,the time proportion of each training content should be allocated scientifically and reasonably;Research and develop the syllabus of teaching materials in line with the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development to improve the utilization rate of teaching materials;To popularize private education courses;Reasonable distribution of gender ratio when recruiting teachers;Strengthen the training for managers and teachers to go out for further study;The introduction of highly educated professional management personnel;Strengthen the selection of teaching staff and expand the teaching staff;Combine online and offline to publicize children’s Latin dance knowledge;Cooperate with many parties in Latin dance events and performances to promote the sustainable development of children’s Latin dance training institutions in Xi’an.
