| Continuous economic and social progress has acclerated the development and evolution of varoius industries,the degree of correlation of different industries is growing and the intergration between different industries has become a trend.There are natural similarities between culture industy and tourism industy,the intergration between them are inevitable.China is always attach great importance to the development of culture industy and tourism industy.In2018,The Ministry of Culture and Tourism was established to support the development of cultural tourism through the reform of national government institutions.In 2019,we put forward the principle of "promoting tourism through literature and enhancing literature through tourism".In 2021,the 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035 further proposed to promote the integrated development of culture and toursim,take "promoting tourism through literature and enhancing literature through tourism" as the development concept of culture and tourism industy in the new era.So the quality and level of the development of culture industy anf tourism industy depends on depth and breadth of industrial intergration.One Belt and One Road Development Propose,The Yellow River Environmental and Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development Strategy,and the strategy of strengthening Gansu Provincial capital have been put forward one after another,which has attracted more and more attention and influence to Lanzhou and brought many benefits to the development of Lanzhou.This paper takes Lanzhou as the researsh object,analyzes the Lanzhou’s development situation of culture industy and tourism industy based on Coupling Coordination Model and it also construct a set of index system to evaluate the development degree of cultural and tourism industry integration.After that,the date of 26 indicators of lanzhou’s culture industy and tourism industy from 2012 to 2019 were substituted to this model and the comprehensive development level value,coupling degree value and coupling coordination degree value of culture industry and tourism industry are measured.The results show that two industies keep a steady upward trend,but the average and average annual growth rate of the comprehensive development level value of culture industry both higher than tourism industry,it’s means that the development of culture and tourism industry are imbalance,and there is a certain gap between them.The coupling degree value of culture industry and tourism industry from 2012 to 2019 has being a high level,the average is 0.9614.its show that the degree of correlation between culture industry and tourism industry is high.The coupling coordination degree value of culture industry and tourism industry from 2012 to 2019 is continuously growing year by year,but the overall level is low.it peakd at 0.3644 in 2019,but the annual average just 0.2323.Classification standard of reference coupling coordination degree,the results of lanzhou’s coupling coordination degree from 2012 to 2019 are as follows:2012-2015 serious imbalance;2016-2017 severe disorders;2018-2019 mild disorders.Based on the empirical analysis results,this paper put forward some suggestions that includes integrate and optimize tourism resources,develop cultural tourism in rural areas,expand cultural and tourism publicity channels,improve the system of cultural and tourism talents to promote lanzhou’s integrated development of culture industry and tourism industry and promote the long-term development of regional economy in Lanzhou. |
