Research On The Development Strategy Of Micro-documentary From The Perspective Of New Media

In recent years,with the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous innovation of network information technology,the change of many industries has been greatly boosted,and the media ecology has also entered a new era of new media.In such an environment,the original high profile documentary also breeds a new form,that is,"micro documentary".The "short and sharp" shape of micro documentary meets the audience’s cultural demand for light weight and receives good feedback from the market,which is an important opportunity for the innovation and development of documentary.In the era of new media in which all people shoot,micro-documentaries spring up like mushrooms,but the quality of film creation is uneven,professional production teams appear to have the same content,and folk creators float on the surface of things.These factors also directly affect the communication effect of micro-documentaries.Therefore,how to find the right development direction of micro-documentary in the new media environment and stand out in the era of information explosion has become an urgent topic to be discussed at present.In the writing of this paper,the author uses the research methods of literature analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis to first define the concepts of "new media" and "micro-documentary",expounds the development status of micro-documentary in the current media environment,and integrates and combs the cases of high-quality micro-documentary in recent years.From the three aspects of communication audiences and subjects,content creation and communication channels,the creation characteristics and existing problems of micro-documentary presented in the new media environment are discussed in depth and detail.Then,development strategies are proposed for the exposed problems.Finally,based on the elaboration of the creation of graduation micro-documentary "Taste of Countryside",the experience and enlightenment in creation practice are summarized,and the new creation forms of micro-documentary in the current environment are discussed.By systematically and concretely sorting out the characteristics of the development of micro-documentary in the new media environment,the author hopes to obtain a general theoretical achievement and development plan,which can provide theoretical reference for subsequent researchers and scholars.Meanwhile,it also hopes to provide feasible creation strategies for micro-documentary creators.
