China has entered the age of Educational Informationization 2.0,which demands taking innovation as the standpoint of the work of educational reform,emphasizing the ways of Innovation and Development of education under the support of informationization,and putting forward higher requirements of information literacy for teachers.As policies which relate to information literacy continuously have been issued and the construction of a new mechanism for the development of accurate assessment of information literacy for teachers have been advocated,scholars have paid more and more attention to the study of the evaluation standards of information literacy for teachers.Anyway,less attention has been paid to the evaluation of information literacy for English teachers in rural primary schools.In order to promote the information literacy for English teachers in rural primary schools,it is necessary to build an information literacy evaluation index system that conforms to the characteristics of times and English teaching in rural primary schools.This study constructs the evaluation index system of information literacy for English teachers in rural primary schools in the age of educational Informationization 2.0(first draft),which based on the requirements of information literacy for teachers in the age of educational informatization 2.0,refering to domestic and foreign evaluation standards of information literacy for teachers,and considering the characteristics of English teaching in rural primary school.The final draft is obtained by Delphi method,and Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of each index item.Finally,based on the evaluation index system constructed above,this study compiles a questionnaire,taking English teachers in rural primary schools in L County,Guangdong Province as the research object,and makes an empirical investigation on the current situation of information literacy.The quality analysis of the questionnaire verifies that the evaluation index system constructed in this paper is practical and scientific.The main research results of this study are as follows:(1)The evaluation index system of information literacy for English teachers in rural primary school in the age of education informatization 2.0 is constructed.The system consists of 5 first-level indicators,13second-level indicators and 40 third-level indicators,and the weight of each index item is determined by the Analytic Hierarchy Process.(2)By analyzing and sorting out the questionnaires,the average score for information literacy for English teachers in rural primary schools in L County is 70.25.According to the feedback,suggestions are put forward to improve the information literacy for English teachers in rural primary schools from the three levels of government,schools and teachers,so as to promote the information literacy for English teachers in rural primary schools. |
