Yeonhaengnok refers to the records left by North Korean missions to China as envoys.Most of the documents were written in the Ming and Qing dynasties.The Yeonhaeng Literature are diverse in both genre and content,which unique in foreign literature.This essay uses Selection of Korean Yeonhaeng Literature as the source of corpus,mainly focusing on the words that have not been collected in the Chinese Dictionary.This article focuses on discussing the characteristics,structure and value function of such words.The full text is divided into four chapters,the main contents are as follows:The first chapter introduces the judgment of words.In this chapter using the way of scholars judge words and combining with the text of Selection of Korean Yeonhaeng Literature,judge the language materials that whether they are words.Based on this,five criteria that applicable to all Yeonhaeng Literature proposed.Among them,semantic and structural standards play a major role.The solidification of semantics and the consistency of structure are the most prominent in performance,and it is more convenient to use.The second chapter analyzes the construction forms of words according to the combination relationship,which mainly include compound forms,additional forms and abbreviated forms.In the analysis of word formation logic,it is found that the compound form words have the highest productivity,and in the compound form,the compound words belong to the combination type compound words have the highest productivity.Under the promotion of language systemic and communicative economic factors,energy production has Played a powerful role.Analyzing the structural forms of such words can help us reflect on the development and evolution of modern Chinese words.The third chapter explains the characteristics of words.Due to the contact between Korean and Chinese languages,Korean elements are added to words,resulting in mixed language elements.The use of Chinese by North Korean envoys in the process of writing is not strictly normative,resulting in a certain degree of randomness in the use of words.The sources of words are rich and the categories are wide,so it can be seen that the Koreans have a relatively high degree of Chinese acquisition.The fourth Chapter summarizes the research value of such unaccepted words.The research value has two parts: language and culture.On the one hand,the Yeonhaeng Literature is rich in cultural meaning,which records the broad social scenes of China in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,and it is an important evidence for the study of the history of Chinese culture’s external communication.On the other hand,words have high linguistic value,which is of great value to the compilation and revision of dictionaries,supplements the omissions of lost words,etc.,and also plays an important role in tracing the origin of Chinese words.
