| This paper mainly studies the images of the Four Heavenly Kings,and sorts out the evolution of the shapes of the Four Heavenly Kings by comparing the vertical and horizontal directions.Beijing Fahai Temple is a royal temple of the Ming Dynasty.The murals in the temple are relatively well preserved,and its murals are the representative works of the existing Ming Dynasty murals..This article selects this representative art content to analyze,and tries to explore and analyze the style source and expression of the four kings in the frescoes of Fahai Temple,and further discuss from four aspects.This paper is mainly divided into the following four parts.The introduction part introduces the topic,significance,research status,research methods,innovations and deficiencies.The first chapter is the origin and development of the Four Heavenly Kings,from the images of the Four Heavenly Kings in Buddhist legends to ancient India,Tubo,Khotan,Dunhuang,Sui,Tang,Five Dynasties,Song,Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties,according to the time line to do horizontal and vertical combing.The second chapter makes a detailed study on the murals of the Four Heavenly Kings in Fahai Temple,and analyzes the Four Heavenly Kings from five aspects: composition,color,line,image,and production technology.The third chapter introduces the description of the images of the Four Heavenly Kings in the ancient books and scriptures and the source of the image style of the Four Heavenly Kings in the frescoes of Fahai Temple.By comparing with the images of the Four Heavenly Kings in the Western Xia text "Tripitaka" in the sixth year of Yuan Dade and the "Yuanguan Cang" in the second year of Zhiyuan,it is found that the Four Heavenly Kings powder in the frescoes of Fahai Temple originated from this,and it is consistent with the style of the Southern Song Dynasty.Compare the painting style with Tibetan Buddhist art to find out the source of the style.The fourth chapter analyzes the image artistic value of the frescoes in Fahai Temple.According to various researches,it can be concluded that the frescoes of the Four Heavenly Kings of Fahai Temple are derived from the Western Xia texts "Tripitaka" and "Yuanguan Cang" published in the Yuan Dynasty.feature. |
