| Objective:To study the explicit and implicit attitudes of adolescents towards the phenomenon of"Male Feminization",and to explore its influencing factors.Methods:After collecting the basic demographic variable information of the subjects,the balance order was used to test the subjects’explicit and implicit attitudes towards the phenomenon of"Male Feminization"by using the 7-level semantic difference scale and Implicit Association Test(IAT).The parent-child relationship and parental rearing style of the subjects were measured by the Parent-Child Affinity Questionnaire and the Simplified Parental Rearing Style Questionnaire(Chinese version).Results:The M±SD of adolescents’explicit attitude towards"Male Feminization"was 343.2±82.5,and the M±SD of"Masculinity"was 363.4±84.0.Through the t-test of each part,it is found that tmale=-6.015**,tfemale=3.842**,tscience students=-2.743**,tpeople without love experience=-4.132**,tnon only child=-2.419*,tcity=-3.035**,t Township=2.075*,trural=-2.364*,tnon-contact=-2.250*.The correlation r between father-child relationship and explicit and implicit attitudes were-0.381**and-0.232**,respectively.The correlation r between mother-child relationship and explicit and implicit attitudes were-0.323***and-0.198*respectively.In terms of parenting style,the correlation between father’s emotional warmth dimension and explicit attitude is-0.249**,and the correlation between mother’s emotional warmth dimension and explicit attitude and implicit attitude are-0.245**and-0.164*respectively.Research conclusion:Adolescents have significant differences in explicit and implicit attitudes towards"Male Feminization"and"Masculinity".Boys,science students,people without love experience,non only children,urban and rural residents and non"Male Feminization"contacts all have a more severe attitude towards"Male Feminization",Girls and township residents hold a relatively more tolerant attitude towards the phenomenon of"Male Feminization".There is a significant positive correlation between the explicit and implicit attitudes of adolescents towards the phenomenon of"Male Feminization".The better the parent-child relationship,the more severe the attitude of teenagers towards the phenomenon of"Male Feminization",and vice versa.The warmer the parents’feelings,the more severe the teenagers’attitude towards the phenomenon of"Male Feminization",and vice versa.Among ethnic minorities,liberal arts students,bisexuals,homosexuals,people who have been in love,only children and"Male Feminization"contacts,there is no significant difference in their attitudes towards"Male Feminization"and"Masculinity".These demographic variables are not significantly different from the explicit and implicit attitudes of young people towards"Male Feminization". |
