The Design And Implementation Of Clerk Evaluation System

Today’s world is a world of information technology,the Internet has penetrated into every comer of our life.Throughout the country,each court is making information construction in an orderly manner.In recent years,clerk evaluation system in information technology rose quietly in the courts.With the change of national policy,personnel working within the system requirements have been increasing,in order to train qualified clerks,each court began strategic deployment of clerk evaluation system.In this case,the development of a powerful,stable,accurate scoring clerk evaluation system,the positive significance is self-evidentCurrently the existing clerk evaluation systems have many defects.There are some problems just like stability,robustness,ease of use and so on.In this case,we have developed a new clerk evaluation system independently.This system is developed by the technical backbone of Nanjing University Application Software Engineering Center.They did much work of pre-development,research and communication.After several rounds of development and test,they produced a stable,robust clerk evaluation system which is easy to use.This system is based on B/S structure,using standare J2EE architecture.This system has used a lot of technology such as bootstrap,jquery,jsp to design the pages.lt uses Spring MVC,also it uses Hibernate to implement the ORM mapping and achieve operation of the database.ln addition,this system uses Tomcat as the server and Sybase as the database.This system can be applied in a wide range.It can be deployed on Windows Server and Linux Server.The user can be accessed througg a browser on your computer,mobile phone or tablet.This system is developed for the clerk.In addition to the clerk,others can also use this system such as the President,office staff,etc.When the system is in test run,there had been a statistics of the clerk’s work in a quarter,and then generated the evaluation.The final score was calculated with manual scoring exactly.Since more and more courts are developing the clerk evaluation system,the system we developed can serve as a good instruction.
