| As the business and cases of court increase,the personnel assessment of court also develops in a more diversified and complex way.Before law-enforcement performance system came into use,courthouse adopted the old-school method of performance assessment,which supervisor give an overall grade according to manual record of performance.This method is not only time-consuming but also time-wasting.The result of the assessment lacked statistics and was not subject to change.This method cannot be adjusted to the requirement of the court’s human capital management with the fast pace of modernized life.Under the circumstance,this article bases on the practical need of Tianjin Intermediate People’s Court and designs a judge performance assessment system which recorded and evaluates the work every employee has done.The law-enforcement performance system realizes automated process of assessment through obtaining personnel information automatically.The information transformation improves the waste of time on statistics manually gathered and sent largely.It enhances the productivity of human capital work and simplifies the tedious work procedures.The first section of this article introduces MVC Model、Spring framework,Hibernate framework and gives the advantage of each technology.The second section analyzes the basic need of the project and summarizes the overall design of the project.In this section,the author divides the project into modules and designs the system data structure.It elaborates the design of System presentation layer、business logic layer and data persistence layer of performance assessment system which bases on Hibernate and Spring framework.In the last section,the detailed realization of personal achievement module、annual assessment module and supplementary information search module have been elaborated on the basis of the requirement analysis. |
