The Design And Implementation Of The Information System For Judicial Convenience

With the development of the rule of law,courts at all levels endeavor to achieve the goal of Judicial justice and justice for the people".In light of the rapid development of information technology as well as the new technology and equipment arising and being more mature,the judicial convenience information service platform as the important platform for legal propaganda and public service of the intermediate people’s court and grass-root courts has emerged.The judicial convenience information service platform could provide united judicial public platform,the litigation participant service platform and the public service platform.This could provide public with interactive service of information announcement and ultimately create the united public service portal for intermediate people’s court and grass-root courts.At present,judicial information disclosure,litigation services and other work in many intermediate courts or grass-root courts lack informatization and work efficiency with quite high communication costs.Therefore,it has developed a judicial convenience information service system based on B/S model.This system has used MVC model design ideas combined with Spring MVC,Spring,Hibernate these three frameworks to establish overall project architecture.And this system endeavors to use NLPIR word segmentation,text similarity algorithm and other advanced technical methods to provide more intelligent service for the customers.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of judicial convenience information service platform system and carries on the following work:(1)To start from explaining project background and development status of domestic judicial convenience information service.Then to introduce all techniques applied in the system such as MVC model,Spring MVC framework,Spring framework,Hibernate framework,NLPIR word segmentation,text similarity algorithm and other techniques.(2)Based on "justice for the people" specific requirements,to summarize and analyze the initial system requirements,to divide the project modules based on different kinds of requirements.After confirming the modules,to design the overall system architecture based on MVC model,Spring MVC framework,Spring framework,Hibernate framework.And based on the architecture designing aspect,to explain the design and implementation of the system presentation layer,control layer,business logic layer,data persistence layer and the database.(3)After sorting out the design idea of project architecture,to explain the modules divided by system requirements in detail including the specific design and implementation details of the judicial public module,the court information disclosure module,the public service module,and the litigation participant service module.
