Regulation And Its Innovation Of Social Organizations In Fujian Province

Social organizations have been growing in China since Reform and opening up.Social organizations bear the public services such as poverty alleviation activities,improvement of social medical treatment,science and technology education,promoting social equity and justice,they play an important positive role in the steady and rapid development of social economy.Our social organizations have been rising in numbers,improving in qualities,broading in types and scopes In recent years,especially since the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,our government pays high attention to social organizations,and makes perfecting the system of social organization development go up to the improvement and innovation of social management.However,with the growth and improvement of our social organizations,they still exist many problems about regulations.Within the scope of government regulations,such as the absence of laws and regulations,registration and management limited,ambiguity of various preferential policies,administrative color thick.Social organizations internal regulation at the same time also has its drawbacks,such as imperfection of legal status,funds and personnel management confusion,imperfection of information disclosure.These problems cause more and worse consequences,such as corruption of social organizations,someone abuse power for personal gains.Therefore,both our government and social organizations themselves should reinforce the regulations in order to development of social organizations.This thesis takes regulations to social organizations in Fujian Province for example,sets out from provincial level of social organizations to explore the regulations of Fujian Province’s social organizations and their innovations.In the opening part,this thesis introduces the research background,research significance,research at home and abroad were reviewed,research methods,the innovation points and so on.And then introduces relevant concepts of social organizations,illuminates the importance of regulations to social organizations in Fujian Province.The main part of this thesis is the analysis of the current situation of regulations from government and social organizations themselves,summarizing shortcomings from the practice in supervision and then stating the causes of regulations problems.In the last part,thesis puts forward some innovation methods in regulations,such as construction of legal system,perfecting the regulation system,strengthening internal management,putting more supports,which is taking western developed country as lessons and combining with Fujian Province’s actual situation.
