Since 1999,China has entered the aging society,the aging degree of deepening,the aging phenomenon of the rapid development of the endowment service supply lags behind the elderly demand for services,the traditional family pension institutions,pension has been unable to meet the needs of the majority of the elderly pension service group diversity,and home-based care services to society the development,with its unique advantage is gradually accepted by older adults.In the face of China’s current severe situation of aging and pension services,the state actively introduced a series of related policy requirements,proposed to adhere to government led,encourage various social forces to actively participate in the pension services industry.But in the concrete practice the home-based care services,the government burden in the home-based care services supply,and non-profit organizations,non-profit organizations in the low level,not between multiple subjects To achieve the optimal combination of home-based care services,appear multiple suppliers is not equal to the formation of pluralistic supply mechanism.Therefore,the research of home endowment service supply mechanism in multiple subject,to promote the supply of home-based care services,to meet the needs of the old aged service,which plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of home-based care services.This paper based on the theory of welfare pluralism,governance and other related theories of the supply of public goods theory and multiple center,principal component analysis method to study.First,using the methods of literature research,collect and collate relevant research results of the main supply and home care services;secondly,the use of statistics the software of the basic situation of the elderly were investigated in the empirical study,the supply and demand situation of home-based care services for the descriptive statistical analysis;third,using principal component analysis to analyze the home care service satisfaction of multiple subjects involved in law,that each subject in the supply of home-based care services in the process of the supply efficiency and the degree of participation;finally,to construct the multiple subjects involved in the supply mechanism of home-based care services.Through the above research,supply of home-based care services,to help the meal service points,rehabilitation care,community cultural activities,spiritual comfort,repair,clean,good for the six service;second,participate in the home-based care services supply relatively high degree of government and community the lower is the degree,non-profit organizations and for-profit organizations;third,built the basic framework of home-based care services,put forward the target mode of home-based care services supply mechanism of multiple subject participation;finally,the incentive from multiple subject participation,cooperation and coexistence between the supply of the main three aspects of developing other home-based care services supply mode the paper puts forward some proposals for further optimization of home-based care services supply mechanism.
