| The system of selecting preeminent university graduates to train in the basic instruction(The selected graduates system)is an important personnel system for the selection of outstanding young cadres by the Party and government organs in China.It is also a major decision made by the Party Central Committee according to the actual situation in China.The main purpose of the system is to select and train students from high schools to the basic instruction of the party and government.After training,they will gradually be added to the party and government organs at all levels.It is a major decision made by the Party Central Committee according to the actual situation in China.Starting in 1965,it has been implemented for more than 50 years.In the development process of more than half a century,all the work of selecting and adjusting students has been increasingly perfected and improved,and a large number of outstanding talents have been delivered to the party and the government,making great contributions to China’s economic and social development.However,due to the changing of policies,the selection of the reincarnation system has gradually exposed certain problems and shortcomings.First,this study introduces the specific definition and development history of the selection and adjustment work,lays a theoretical foundation for the later chapter research,and then selects the 2010 selected students in Hainan Province as an example,mainly adopting the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,and qualitative interview method,case analysis method and other research methods are used to analyze the status quo of Hainan Province’s 2010 selected graduates o,and summarize the problems in the process of selecting and cultivating the use of the training,and analyze the causes of these problems.Finally,combined with the current development situation of our society and the actual situation of Hainan Province,we propose to further improve the countermeasures of selected system. |
