The Development Path Of Rural Industry:Based On The Interpretation Of Regional Development Model

In October,2017,19 report clearly put forward to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country,see it as a important strategy to solve the "three rural problems",a number of documents and September 2018 of the central committee of the communist party of China,the state council issued by the strategy of rejuvenating the country planning(2018-2022),"clearly put forward the roadmap to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country,and put forward the" prosperous industry,ecological livable,local custom civilization,effective governance,rich life "of the general requirements.Rural revitalization,industrial revitalization and industrial prosperity are the key points.China’s rural industrial development model also needs further thinking and exploration,among which the development subject development goal and development path are the key to the development of rural economy and the realization of rural revitalization.This paper takes the orange industry development course of wang cun in zigui county for more than 30 years as the case,and believes that the success of the orange industry in wang cun is due to the compatibility with the value concept,basic assumptions and development goals of the regional development model to a large extent in many aspects.This article through to the king of village industry and regional economic development analysis of the development mode in particular,explore the king village citrus industry is currently faced with the dilemma,and try from the residents’participation,mutual cooperation,to mobilize the internal and external resources,explore and other aspects of the elite community exploration to enhance the king village of cohesion and belonging path to promote the development of industry,with professional regional development model to promote and enhance the king village citrus industry.Through case study and practical experience summary,this paper finds that the regional development model is suitable for rural industrial economic development and can promote the achievement of rural economic development goals.At the same time,by means of residents’ participation,mutual assistance and cooperation,mobilization of internal and external resources,and discovery of community elites,the cohesion and sense of belonging of the village can be enhanced,the ability and potential of the villagers can be explored,the self-organization ability of the villagers can be improved,and the revitalization of the village can be promoted.
