Study On The Prevention Of Re-criminality Of Released Personnel In Hainan Province From The Perspective Of Cooperative Governance

Re-criminalization of prisoners has become a major problem facing all countries in the world.In recent years,with the rapid improvement of China’s economic level,the people’s life is constantly enriched,the gap between the rich and the poor is widening,the educational resources are becoming more and more unbalanced and other social contradictions are gradually highlighted,the crime rate has shown an upward trend,among which the issue of re-criminalization of prisoners has attracted great attention from the government and the public.Hainan Province is building a free trade pilot area and a free trade port with Chinese characteristics.With the development and transformation of its own regional economy and culture,and the influx of foreign population,the phenomenon of recidivism of Hainan’s released prisoners shows different characteristics from other provinces,which has a great impact on the social security and economic order of Hainan Province.Through literature analysis,theoretical research,field investigation and other research methods,this study aims at the current situation and causes of recidivism of Hainan prisoners,the current situation and existing problems of recidivism prevention of Hainan prisoners,which has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.Specific contents include:First,the introduction clarifies the background,purpose and significance of the research,literature review at home and abroad,research ideas,content,methods and innovations.Secondly,it elaborates the relevant concepts and theoretical basis such as the connotation of crime,as well as typical domestic and foreign practice cases.Thirdly,starting from the current situation and causes of recidivism in A Prison of Hainan Province,this paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of recidivism prevention for released prisoners in Hainan Province,and makes a thorough analysis of the causes of the problems in recidivism prevention through comparative study.Fourthly,using the theory of cooperative governance,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions on the prevention of recidivism of Hainan prisoners.
