The development of the elderly care service industry is one of the key ways to cope with the increasingly severe aging situation,and its accelerated development is of great significance to the rational allocation and use of elderly care services and better meet the needs of customers.Along with the rise of the "Internet plus" era,the elderly care service providers have gradually developed into e-commerce mode,making a large number of elderly care services appear on the elderly care service platform,which is convenient for customers to understand and purchase.However,when facing with a large number of elderly care services with different functions on the elderly care service platform,elderly customers may be difficult to select satisfactory elderly care services from many services with similar functions but different service prices and service quality.At the same time,with the improvement of people’s living standards,the elderly care service demand of elderly customers tends to be personalized,a single elderly care service has been unable to meet its actual needs.And because of the uncertainty of the elderly care service industry and the limitations of human thinking,both the elderly care service providers and the elderly customers sometimes give hesitant and vague forms of information on the supply and demand of elderly care services,which leads to the difficulty of interaction between elderly customers and the elderly care service providers.In addition,in the open market environment of elderly care services,the credibility of elderly care services can’t be guaranteed,and it is difficult for elderly customers to identify credible elderly care services from a large number of elderly care services,which seriously affects the interests of elderly customers.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis focuses on the elderly service platform dealing with the diversified needs of a large number of customers,and analyzes the individualized demand characteristics of elderly customers.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of individualized customers’ needs,the evaluation index of elderly care service quality,the hesitant and fuzzy psychological characteristics of the elderly and the elderly care service providers,and the calculation factors of the credibility of the elderly care service,this thesis proposes a service quality-based elderly care service portfolio optimization method,an elderly care service portfolio optimization method based on hesitant fuzzy supply and demand information,and a credibility-based elderly care service portfolio optimization method.Therefore,this thesis mainly includes the following research work:(1)In order to provide high-satisfaction personalized care services for elderly customers,firstly,the elderly care services are classified;then,the personalized elderly care service needs of the elderly customers are described;and the service quality assessment of the elderly care services is carried out with the quality evaluation indicators of the elderly care services.Finally,an optimization model aiming at maximizing the quality of service of the combined service is established,and the feasibility of the method is illustrated by case study.(2)For the elderly customers and the elderly care service providers who are hesitant and vague in the elderly care service,firstly,the index values are expressed by the application of hesitant fuzzy set,interval hesitant fuzzy set and hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set;and then the distance between the expected value and the actual value is calculated for different forms of index values.According to the prospect theory,the prospective value of the elderly customers and the elderly care service providers is obtained.Then,the two-objective optimization model with maximum total satisfaction of both sides is constructed with the comprehensive foreground value.Finally,according to the characteristics of the model,the NSGA-II algorithm is designed to solve the problem,and the numerical experiments are carried out based on the model and algorithm,and the experimental results are analyzed.(3)In order to solve the problem that the credibility of the elderly care service is difficult to be guaranteed,firstly,the indicators and elements that need to be considered when calculating the credibility of the elderly care service are analyzed;then,the direct credibility,the indirect credibility,the initial credibility and the comprehensive credibility of the elderly care service are proposed.The calculation method of comprehensive credibility of service is presented.Then the mathematical model with the goal of maximizing the credibility of the combined service and minimizing the price of the combined service is established.Finally,the NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve it,and the numerical experiments of the model and algorithm are carried out through case study,and the experimental results are analyzed.
