| In poverty alleviation,women’s poverty reduction has become an important part of the national poverty reduction strategy.According to the survey,out of fund is a bottleneck problem affecting poor rural women’s entrepreneurship.In order to solve this problem,the All-China Women’s Federation started and implemented Woman’s Microfinance Policy(WMP for short)in 2009.At present,although it has made greater progress than before,there are still some problems that need to be resolved in the process of continuously implementing this policy.Based on the purpose above we have mentioned,the article selected W County of Shaoguan City as the research object,to study the development of WMP,to analyze the influence of WMP in the current entrepreneurial process of rural women,and the problems when we met,what is as to improve the development of WMP in Shaoguan City.Firstly,the concept and content of microfinance and WMP were clearly elaborated.We learn from the analysis of microfinance theory and welfare microfinance theory from home and abroad,and the experience of microfinance and WMP for reference.Secondly,after the research on literature,questionnaire survey and interview,it was found the problems in terms of financial institutions,loan mechanism,follow-up support and entrepreneurial environment.Finally,in order to solve the above problems,there are five suggestion,included to enlarge the support,what introduce more commercial Banks to participate in WMP;to optimize the credit model and improve the loan ratio;to formulate educational support measures and strengthen follow-up training;to improve publicity and create a better policy implementation environment what stimulated rural women enthusiasm for entrepreneurship;to strengthen government leadership,speed up rural revitalization,and create a favorable environment for business startups.The article is hoped to provide effective experience for the future development of WMP. |
