The Analysis Of Women’s Employment And Entrepreneurship In Inner Mongolia

The paper takes Ordos Yijinhuoluo County as an example to talk about women situation of being employed and starting an enterprise, because employment is the foundation of people" s life. For women, being employed and starting an enterprise not only matter to reform development and stable over all situation, but also relate to the vital interests of people and the improvement of living standard, affect people in the party and government’s prestige, influence the firm foundation of ruling party and ruling position. Therefore, employment problem for women in rural pastoral area is long-time strategic task which closely relates to economy and politics.Yijinhuoluo County (a town in western Inner Mongolia) promotes natural restoration and diverts people in industrial and mining area. Till now, there are292square kilometer’s land used for setting up natural zone. There are1662families,1997people in total who are required to move out of the industrial and mining district in Yijinhuoluo County.Since the pace of surplus labor transfer in rural and pastoral areas is accelerated, innovation and improvement of population transfer policies in the rural and pastoral areas is pressingly required. In order to solve the population transfer problems of employment, the base training construction for farming herdsman employment and entrepreneurship should be accelerated, the employment training system of farming herdsman transfer should be built, labor-intensive industries should be developed.In recent years, the party committee and government pay great attention to the employment and entrepreneurship of women. According to the joint efforts of the whole society, it has made gratifying achievements. In this paper, according to women’s entrepreneurship and employment issues of rural and pastoral areas in Yijinhuoluo County, such measures as investigation, qualitative analysis, and comparative analysis are taken, so as to analysis the current situation and provide solutions to the future work of women’s employment and entrepreneurship.In short, by government support, sector-led, market regulation, labors’ self-choosing jobs, the goal of abundance employment of women in society can be met maximize, and economic development and social civilization progress can be promoted.
