Research On The Development Strategy Of Rural Entrepreneurship Culture In The New Era

With the implementation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategy and rural vitalization strategy,rural entrepreneurship culture has become increasingly rich.In the three years since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rural entrepreneurship has made some achievements,and rural entrepreneurship culture has also developed.The development of rural entrepreneurship culture is conducive to solving the practical problems in China and promoting the rural economic development and cultural prosperity.Although some achievements have been made in the construction of rural entrepreneurship culture,some problems still exist in the process of practice,such as unbalanced development of rural entrepreneurship culture.The influence of rural entrepreneurship culture on rural entrepreneurship behavior is not deep enough;The development of rural entrepreneurship culture has not been significantly transformed into economic benefits,and its influence is mainly concentrated in the primary industry,with few emerging industries involved.Rural entrepreneurship is an effective way to achieve rural revitalization.At present,the achievements of rural development are still far from the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020.Therefore,the cultivation of rural entrepreneurship culture cannot be delayed.Therefore,based on the development of rural entrepreneurship culture in China,this paper adopts literature research,comparative research and case study to carry out research.Secondly,it examines the practice of foreign rural entrepreneurship culture and summarizes the enlightenment of foreign rural entrepreneurship culture development to the development of rural entrepreneurship culture in China.Thirdly,taking the entrepreneurial practice of A township in jiangyou city,sichuan province as an example,the author analyzes the problems in the entrepreneurial practice of A township,including the conservative concept of entrepreneurship and the weak atmosphere.Less tolerant of entrepreneurial failure;Entrepreneurship system is not flexible,not comprehensive,lack of pertinence;Backward infrastructure,lack of service platform,high industry replication.Finally,combined with the problems existing in the development of entrepreneurship culture in A township,countermeasures are proposed,and systematic optimization is carried out in the development of spiritual culture,system culture and material culture.
