Some Selective Important Issues In Immigration Administration In China

Global integration is the trend of the times.China is integrating into the world with a more open attitude.The wave of international migration is a specific manifestation of global integration.With the economic achievements and good prospects for development,China is attracting more and more international immigrants as their destination.China is also actively building an international migration control system and improving the control ability of international migration to cope with the wave of international migration.The State Administration of immigration was established with the approval of the first session of the 13 th National People’s Congress and was officially listed on April 2,2018.The establishment of a special immigration control institution is a key link for China to improve the international immigration control system and enhance the ability of international immigrants control.It is also a necessary measures to solve the thorny problems encountered in the international immigration control.From the perspective of the development trend of international migration in recent years,the intractable problems encountered in the construction and improvement of the international migration control system increasingly challenge China’s international migration control ability.In this context,this paper focuses on several important legal issues in the management and control of China’s international migration.Onthe basis of full investigation and systematic analysis of these important legal issues,it comprehensively uses the methods of historical comparison and comparison between China and foreign countries to elaborate the important legal issues encountered in the construction process of China’s international migration management and control system,and on this basis,it puts forward targeted improvement suggestions and countermeasures.This paper studies the importance legal issues in the management and control of international migration in China by using historical research method and comparative research methods,through the historical development perspective and the perspective of differences between China and foreign countries,trying to systematically construct and study the important legal issues encountered in the management and control of international migration in China.This study is divided into four chapters.The first chapter analyzes several importance legal issues in the management and control of international migration in detail,namely,the legal control of illegal immigration,the legal system of skilled immigration and the legal control of international crimes involved in international migration,and then focusing on the urgency and significance of studying the important legal issues in the management and control of international migration.The second chapter,first of all,analyzes the current situation and main problems of the development of illegal immigration and its control legal system in China,and then through the study of the new development of the legal system of illegal immigration control in the United States,summarizes the reference significance of the legal system of illegal immigration control in the United States for the construction of the legalsystem of illegal immigration in China,and finally puts forward countermeasures to improve legal system of illegal immigration control in China.The third chapter,first of all,analyzes the practical necessity of studying the legal system of skilled migration in China,and focuses on the current situation and defects of the legal system of skilled migration,and finally puts forward specific suggestions to improve the legal system of skilled migration.The fourth chapter,from the perspective of the current situation of the development of international crimes involved in international migration in China and the practical obstacles of control,fully discusses the legal system of control of international crimes involved in international migration in China,and then puts forward measures to improve the legal system of control of international crimes involved in international migration in China.At the end of this paper,the improvement of China’s international immigration control system and the ability of international immigration control system to deal with important legal issues are prospected.In recent years,the deepening reform of China’s international migration control system and the simultaneous revision of laws and regulations related to international immigration clearly show that the construction of international immigration control system is stepping into a new stage of development and facing the challenges of important legal issues of in the control.It is a necessary process to study and gradually resolve the legal issues of illegal immigration control,technical immigration legal system and international crime control involved in international migration in China,China should still strengthen its efforts to buildand improve the management and control system of international migration,so as to achieve the goal of providing better services for international migration and calmly responding to the urgent need to resolve important legal issues.
