Since the the poverty alleviation project begins,nearly 3 million cadres have been selected to the front line to help villages.In order to win the white war,poverty alleviation cadres adopted the working mode of“5 + 2”and“white plus black”,which is called“iron man +”.How about the social support that supporting these cadres’ selfless dedication ?What’s the impact of the support on the work pressure that cadres are facing? It should be our research object.In this study,T town poverty alleviation cadres is taken as a starting point,to explore the relationship between social support and work pressure.Through on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey,combined with SPSS data analysis,it is found that:(1)There are differences in social support and work pressure among poverty-stricken cadres with different characteristics;(2)The overall social support and work pressure of poverty-stricken cadres are inversely proportional;(3)The overall objective support,support utilization and work pressure are inversely proportional;(4)The relationship between subjective support and work task stress is inverse.The relationship between subjective support,objective support and role cognitive stress is inverse.The relationship between subjective support and work operation mechanism stress is inverse.The relationship between objective support,social support utilization and interpersonal environment stress,personal growth stress is inverse;(5)Social support is inversely related to role cognitive pressure,work operation mechanism pressure,interpersonal environment pressure and personal growth pressure.According to the results of the study,the following suggestions are put:(1)Improve the incentive system to stimulate the new vitality of grassroots poverty alleviation cadres;(2)Improve the management system for poverty alleviation cadres at the grassroots level to ensure the stability of their ranks;(3)Earnestly implement the system of job rotation to help cadres grow in an all-round way;(4)Create conditions to strengthen the friendship among cadres at the grass-roots level,and take the initiative to care about the marriage and love of cadres in poverty alleviation at the grass-roots level;(5)Pay attention to the transformation of party spirit education achievements to stimulate the sense of serving the people of grassroots poverty alleviation cadres.
