Happiness is the focus of today's society.And it's also the value of ultimate pursuit for people,subjective well-being level is not only the main measure of individual satisfaction of life,but also the reflects of an important index of a country's overa ll development.Some researchers have focused on the influence factors of subjective well-being,to research the professional characteristics of the object,people put more effort on the old man,teachers,doctors and other groups,the study of civil servants at the grass-roots level is almost blank.Civil who servants at the grass-roots level,as the representative of the public organizations to undertake the main task of the public service.With the rapid development of society,the operation mode of the public organizations are also in the event of a dramatic changes,especially the grass-roots staff,facing a great challenge.With high quality,high efficiency of work requirements,the requirements on high standards of the masses has increased the civil servants at the grass-roots level of work pressure.So,pay attention to work stress,subjective well-being level of this group,is conducive to improve the staff's service level,and then promote the orderly development of the society as a whole.Based on the review of past literature at home and abroad,on the basis of theoretical analysis,select relevant questionnaire survey,test reliability and validity of a formal investigation by questionnaire survey(330)of civil servants at the grass-roots level,using Spss19.0 and Amos19.0 to empirical analysis of the data,the grass-roots civil servants,subjective well-being,social support and job stress level evaluation,discusses the relationship between demographic variables and the three factors,especially the mediation effect of social support,make some corresponding suggestion based on the data analyzing results,in order to enhance the level of civil servants at the grass-roots level of happiness and some contributions to social service efficiency.Through the empirical analysis,the following is the research conclusion of this paper:(1)The subjective well-being and work stress of grass-roots civil servants are at average level,social support is at a level below average.One of the most grass-roots civil servants main working pressure comes from working rhythm,receiving the most social support from the emotional support.(2)The working pressure of the grass-roots civil servants dimensions exist significant differences in gender and income,social support exists significant difference in gender,marriage,dimensions,subjective well-being and no significant differences in the demographic variables.(3)The work stress significantly negative correlation with subjective well-being,social support and subjective well-being is a significant positive correlation,work stress and social support have significant negative correlation relationship.(4)The social support have played an important role in incomplete mediation to the work pressure and subjective wel-being.
