"Community full-time worker" is an important strategic plan for Shaanxi Province to promote community building and provide intelligence and talents to the community.Shaanxi Province attaches great importance to grassroots construction.In order to attract excellent and efficient graduates and rehabilitate soldiers to serve the grassroots,from 2012 to 2016,it has vigorously recruited full-time community worker.This measure has won high praise from the whole society.At present,full-time community worker has become the backbone of community construction..This study takes job satisfaction as the starting point,supports demand hierarchy theory,two-factor theory,and fairness theory,and combines the rational economic person hypothesis to sort out researches on job satisfaction at home and abroad.Survey Questionnaire for Worker’s Job Satisfaction ",and surveyed from the six dimensions of job itself,work environment,group relationship,management system,salary and welfare,and career development,using SPSS software to overall job satisfaction of Xi’an urban community full-time worker Analysis of the situation and the six dimensions of the situation,combined with in-depth interviews with full-time worker in the community,put forward the problems of the job satisfaction of the full-time worker in Xi’an urban communities,which mainly include low work achievement,improper assessment methods,low wages,Lack of personal development space.The main reasons for these problems are deviations in community role positioning,backward worker manaement,incomplete pay structures,and inadequate personnel training policies.Based on the relevant knowledge and research results of the motivation theory,relevant suggestions were made on how to improve the satisfaction of full-time work in urban communities in Xi’an.The first is to create a good career development environment;the second is to optimize the personnel management system;the third is to improve the treatment guarantee mechanism;the fourth is to broaden the personal career development path;the fifth is to provide career development guarantee...
