The purpose of this study is to explore the job satisfaction and its influencing factors of community workers in Shihezi City,and the core of this study is to measure and analyses job satisfaction.In the study of the satisfaction of community workers,the author draws lessons from the theoretical support of Marxist labor ethics,Maslow 's demand theory and Hertzberg' s two-factor theory.In addition,the study learned from domestic scholars on the work of community workers satisfaction research literature,and through the early access to the community for interviews,pre-research and other procedures,designed the <Shihezi Community Worker's Job Satisfaction Questionnaire>,which involves 37 subjective issues and 9 objective questions.A total of 339 valid questionnaires were successfully recovered.The validity of the questionnaire was0.919 and the reliability was 0.944,which indicated that the questionnaire was reliable and effective.And then through the factor analysis of the questionnaire I found that the above items can be reduced to six factors,they are: the work itself,the working environment,interpersonal relationships,management system,welfare and career development.Through the detailed investigation of 339 community workers in Shihezi,and using SPSS16.0 software to analyze the questionnaire data,the status quo and influencing factors of community workers' satisfaction are obtained.The concrete conclusions are as follows:First,in the overall job satisfaction,Shihezi community workers' job satisfaction is not particularly high,the overall score is 3.31 points.From the specific point of view,community workers are most satisfied with interpersonal relationships,and then the working environment,management system.But for the career development,work itself,pay and benefits,these three factors are not satisfied.Second,in terms of job satisfaction factors,"gender" has a significant impact on the job satisfaction of community workers,that is,the overall satisfaction of female community workers is higher than that of male workers."Age" has a significant impact on job satisfaction,that is,the job satisfaction of older workers is higher than that of age,and the "U" type is presented with age as theoverall job satisfaction level And the first to lower the characteristics of the rise."Marriage" has a significant impact on job satisfaction,that is,in the overall job satisfaction,unmarried community workers satisfaction is higher than married workers."Education" has a significant impact on job satisfaction,that is,in the overall job satisfaction,the lower the qualifications of the workers for the community work satisfaction is higher,the performance of junior high school and below the highest degree of satisfaction,the lowest undergraduate."Job length" has a significant impact on job satisfaction,that is,in the overall job satisfaction,the longer the working life of the workers for the community work satisfaction is higher,the working life of 10-15 years of workers with the highest satisfaction."Job" has a significant impact on job satisfaction,that is,in the overall job satisfaction,the higher the job of the workers for the community work the higher satisfaction.Finally,according to the research,six suggestions are put forward to improve the job satisfaction of community workers: firstly,establish a fair and reasonable salary system;secondly,perfect the legal and orderly promotion system;thirdly,innovate various forms of training mechanism;forth,create a good and comfortable office environment;fifth,establish an effective community communication system;sixth,optimize a reasonable and effective management system.
