The purpose of this research is to explore the structure of employees' job satisfaction in enterprises of Tianjin, and its relationship with influence factors, by using interview and questionnaire survey. 500 employees are sampled from Tianjin Tasly Group Co,.Ltd. Tianjin Mobile Communication Co.,Ltd. and Tianjin Zhongtian Communication Co.,Ltd. The main results are as follows:1.The structure of job satisfaction in enterprises of Tianjin is composed of five factors: enterprise management satisfaction, leadership satisfaction, job itself satisfaction, job reward satisfaction and interpersonal relationship satisfaction;2. Employees' job satisfaction will be influenced by 3 factors of demography: firstly, female feel much more satisfactory than male;secondly, job satisfaction will vary in a "U"-shape with the increase of employees' age; finally, negative relation appears between the level of education and job satisfaction for employees with a educational background of college. university or graduate-school.3.There is remarkable correlation only betweem employees' satisfaction and the need of respects.
