Youth is the vital force for social development."Youth rejuvenates the country,and youth strengthens the country," General Secretary Xi Jinping has high hopes for youth.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has proposed a strategy for the revitalization of rural areas.It raised the vitality of rural and agricultural development to an important level,and pointed out the direction for the overall development of rural China.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee stressed the need to "respect talents",and the No.1 Central Document of 2020 emphasized the importance of "talents going to the countryside".Only by closely combining the direction of individual efforts with the destiny of the country,can the young people achieve brilliant achievements and continuously realize their own value.In recent years,the town of Guantou in Xiangning County has developed under the leadership of the party,but there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently.The ideological problems of rural youth in Guantou Town restrict the revitalization of talents in this town.Many villages in Guantou Town have a phenomenon of "hollowing".Rural development lacks fresh "blood",and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Guantou Town cannot be separated from the active participation of the majority of young people,so It is especially important for rural youth in Guantou to launch ideological and political education.The author uses Marxist need theory and system theory,and adopts literature research,questionnaire surveys and interview survey methods to study the rural youth ideological issues in Guantou Town,investigates the overall status of the town and the rural youth ideological situation in the town.From grass-roots organizations,education content,education method,education environment,education mechanism and youth themselves to analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward six targeted countermeasures in combination with the rural revitalization strategy to provide some references for the rural youth’s ideological problem solving.The full text is mainly divided into three parts:the first part is the theoretical framework of the full text,which mainly includes the definition of related concepts,the theoretical basis and the importance of research,and provides the theoretical basis for the construction of the second and third parts;the second part is the analysis of the status quo and the reasons.After analysis,following the first major content,it leads to the third major content;the third major part is the countermeasure research.With the theoretical support of the first major content,the research on the second major content is the end of the paper.The first part includes the first chapter and the second chapter.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research purpose,research significance,research review,research methods and innovations of this topic.The second chapter mainly introduces the related concepts,theoretical foundations,and the inherent relationship between rural revitalization strategies and rural youth’s ideological and political education,and the importance of strengthening rural youth’s ideological and political education.This section lays the theoretical foundation for the second part of the content writing.The second part includes the third chapter and the fourth chapter.The third chapter mainly introduces the survey of rural youth in Guantou Township of Xiangning County.It mainly includes the basic profile of Guantou Town and the basic profile of rural youth in Guantou Town.At the same time,the current situation of rural youth’s thought in Guantou Town is analyzed,and the positive performance of rural youth’s thought in the town is introduced,as well as several problems.The fourth chapter is mainly aimed at the problems existing in the third chapter,starting from the three aspects of grass-roots organizations,educational conditions,and education targets.Specifically,it mainly involves grass-roots organizations,education content,education methods,education environment,education mechanism,and youth.Analyze the causes of the problem at all levels.The third part is the fifth chapter.This chapter mainly combines the strategy of rural revitalization and the current situation of rural youth,and proposes countermeasures from three aspects:grass-roots organizations,educational conditions,and education objects.First,in terms of grass-roots organizations,countermeasures are mainly proposed from three aspects:grass-roots party organizations,party member cadres,and various party branches;secondly,in terms of educational conditions,mainly from four aspects:education content,education methods,education environment,and education mechanism;Finally,In terms of education objects,strengthening self-education of rural youth mainly includes improving the rural youth’s own quality,strengthening the rural youth’s own skills,and cultivating rural feelings in practice.
