| Regional brand is the embodiment of regional industrial competitive advantage,which is of great significance to promote the development of local industry.Among the many entities that promote the development of regional brands,local governments play an irreplaceable role due to their strong resource allocation ability and administrative supervision means.At present,the research on regional brands by domestic and foreign scholars mainly focuses on the formation mechanism of regional brands,and pays little attention to the role of local governments in the development of regional brands from empirical aspects.In view of this,the author selects the liquor industry with distinct characteristics and obvious economic support in the development of regional brands as the research object,hoping to provide an idea for the local government to promote the development of regional brands.From the perspective of theoretical significance,this paper studies the influence of local government behavior on the development of regional brands based on the theories of public goods,market failure and industrial aggregation.In terms of practical significance,various industrial policies formulated by the government of qionglai city to promote the development of regional brands in the liquor industry were taken as the research object,and problems existing in the development policies of regional brands in the liquor industry in recent years were analyzed and summarized by visiting liquor production enterprises and relevant government departments.And then by comparing the world’s leading liquor production,other domestic liquor production areas of local government in promoting the regional brand in the development of policies and measures,summarizes the qionglai liquor industry development of regional brand advantage and deficiency in the process of policy formulation and execution,help the qionglai city government to set up a more scientific and effective regional brand in the industry of liquor development policy,to revive the qionglai liquor industry.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the local government,this paper holds that the local government is the guide,promoter and supervisor of the development of regional brand.At the same time,in view of the qionglai liquor industry in the process of the regional brand development problems and the reasons,that takes the government in the process of liquor regional brand development should be taken to strengthen the top design,the optimization of liquor industry liquor industry layout,adjust the fiscal and taxation support direction,promote technological innovation,strengthen talent training of wine,the wine tour industry convergence,unified region brand,optimize market business environment such as means to promote the development of regional brand in the industry of liquor. |
