Feasibility Study Of Grid-based Social Governance Information Platform Project In W District Of Wuxi City

In recent years,the state has successively proposed“innovative social governance mechanism,oriented by grid management and socialized services” to “build a social governance structure of joint construction,governance,and sharing,strengthen the construction of social governance systems,and improve party committee leadership,government responsibility,and society”.The social governance system of synergy,public participation,and the rule of law guarantees the requirements of socialization,rule of law,intelligence,and specialization of social governance.In this regard,the exploration and practice have been intensified throughout the country,and the grid management model has gradually expanded from the urban management field to the social governance field.Based on this,this paper studies the feasibility of grid-based social governance information platform project in W District of Wuxi from the perspective of enterprise participation:(1)The demand and necessity analysis of grid-based social governance information platform project.Through literature research,investigation and other methods,this paper discusses and analyzes the theoretical development of social governance,the policy basis of social governance,the historical background and current situation of social governance in W District of Wuxi City,the implementation path and the project construction goal,etc.,expounds the significance and demand of the implementation of grid-based social governance information platform project in W District of Wuxi City,and clarifies the construction of the project Necessity.(2)Technical feasibility analysis of grid-based social governance information platform project.Through quantitative analysis,system analysis and other methods,the platform’s overall structure,function subsystem,data processing technology,network system technology,data storage and backup technology,platform’s overall performance and technical personnel configuration are analyzed,in order to determine the feasibility and advancement of the technology roadmap.(3)Economic feasibility analysis of grid-based social governance information platform project.This paper mainly evaluates and determines the investment cost scale from five aspects: investment basis,investment scale,source of funds,preparation of use plan and benefit evaluation,and demonstrates the economic feasibility of the grid-based social governance information platform project through the establishment of evaluation indicators and quantitative analysis.(4)Risk management of grid-based social governance information platform project.Based on the uncertain and potential risk factors in the field of grid-based social governance in W District of Wuxi City,this paper introduces the basic theory and method of risk management,constructs the risk identification system of grid-based social governance information platform project,uses Delphi method to identify and evaluate the risk factors of the project,and makes risk classification for the identified risk factors,and at the same time,analyzes the existing risk factors The high risk factors put forward corresponding countermeasures.It is helpful for enterprises to comprehensively assess the potential risks and expected returns of participating in similar projects,and provides a reference strategy for construction parties to prevent risks in the process of project implementation in advance.The above research has certain theoretical value and practical significance for improving the relevant theory of feasibility study of grid-based social governance information platform project,further enhancing the scientific decision-making of enterprise participation in social governance information platform project,enhancing the market bidding ability of enterprise participation in grid-based social governance information platform project and more effective and controllable project implementation.
