The Exploration Of Urban Community Grid-based Governance

How to improve the quality of urban community governance has been a global topic.At present,the community grid service management is an important exploration of domestic community management mode in C hina.By literature review about domestic and foreign related research,the comparison of different community management mode at home and abroad,certain of research foundation has been formed.By process reengineering theory,analyze one of the pilot works in Guangzhou,in-depth individual interviews and questionnaire survey were also applied to field-survey.This study put forward the ideas and suggestions for the community grid-based governance.In this study,we put forward three suggestions to optimize the grid management: Firstly,the government should actively play a leading role in the community grid-based governance,establishing an effective supervision,evaluation and encourage mechanism.Secondly,cultivate and support the community civil organization,improve the community residents of the grid decision-making procedures.Finally,build multiple-cooperative social governance of community grids management system to realize the benign development of the community cooperative governance.
