| The work of cadre education and training is an important way to train high-quality and professional cadres.The Communist Party of China has attached great importance to it since its establishment.It can be said that the education and training of cadres in our country is gradually mature with the founding and development of the Communist Party of China and the New China.In particular,since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee has put forward new requirements and new goals for cadre education and training.The national cadre education and training plan 2018-2022 and the regulations of the Party School(School of administration)of the Communist Party of China have been issued successively,which requires that cadre education and training should summarize historical experience,base on the current situation and face future development.In recent years,cadre education and training has made N city cadres update their ideas,change their work style,improve their ability and quality,and boost the development of social undertakings.But there are also the following problems: first,the implementation of the training system is not strict;second,the teaching content is not systematic;third,the training structure is not reasonable;fourth,the training effect is not ideal.The main reasons for these problems are that the training overall supervision is not in place,the teaching and training resources are not sufficient,the training organization and arrangement are not easy,the evaluation mechanism is not perfect,and the role of the training subject is not fully played.In view of this,we should take measures such as strengthening the sense of responsibility,improving the training system,implementing fine management,and implementing safeguard measures to improve the overall level of cadre education and training in N city from the consciousness level,the system level,and the implementation level,so as to achieve greater results in education and training in N city. |
