Military academy is responsible for training the cadets with stronger ability of studying and practicing.For the primary commander,the ability of military practicing plays a core and necessary role in the future informational war and career development.Currently,some graduated cadets are weak at capability of training,commanding and managing,not competent in their posts.These problems exposes many shortages in the military practice ability cultivation system.Military practice ability training system of a cadets in basic education,which can meet the high quality of new military personnel training needs,and can adapt to the current education training system,has become an urgent need.The cultivation of cadets military practice ability is a complicated system.Also,the optimization of military studentspractical ability training system is a complex problem.This paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey method and analysis from military students practical ability training at present.Through research of growth of the military practice ability of primary command officers in the United States Military Academy,West Point,clarify the causes of students' acclimatized problem when entering the troops and the problems of affecting military students practical ability training.In view of the existing problems,in accordance with the principle of close to combat troops,solve how to make commanding officers become "Military training base,Command group training,Manage troops,Plan coordination" and construct the target model of primary command personnel training.At the same time,clear training objectives of each stage,and focus on the optimization of the existing military practice ability training system.From the curriculum teaching(including curriculum,teaching methods),practice(includes the basic type of centralized practice,expansion of the centralized practice,management company and the second classroom daily),security mechanism(including construction of military teachers,the evaluation elimination mechanism and construction of site and facilities)and other aspects of the system.
