In recent years,the auxiliary police plays a more and more important role in the daily police work of public security organs,which is the only choice to solve the shortage of police force in China.Shenzhen,which is at the forefront of reform and opening up,has always been famous for "dare to try,dare to fight and dare to break through" in exploring and solving the shortage of police force in the special zone.In the management of auxiliary police force,it has always been advancing with a bold reform determination and strength.Taking the "Regulations on police auxiliary personnel of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone" issued on August 17,2017 as an opportunity,the reform of Shenzhen auxiliary police has made a big step forward.However,in the process of reform,we found that there are still many practical problems to be solved if we want to do a good job in the management of auxiliary police force.In this paper,the author first elaborates the purpose and significance of the article,and determines the research ideas of the article through comprehensive reading of foreign and domestic literature on auxiliary police management practice.Then,based on the definition of relevant concepts and the theoretical basis of this paper,this paper determines the research direction of the auxiliary police management practice in Longhua District under the background of the reform of the auxiliary police in Shenzhen.Starting with the introduction of the background of the reform of the auxiliary police in Shenzhen and the in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of the practice in Longhua District,this paper interprets the current situation of the reform of the auxiliary police and the law enforcement in Longhua District The current situation of service auxiliary police team management.Then through the interview,the paper basically determines the writing direction of the article,and through the combination of the actual work of law enforcement service auxiliary police design questionnaire,in-depth data,information and other aspects of Longhua District auxiliary police team management are collected.At the end of the questionnaire,the paper summarizesand analyzes the problems in the management of law enforcement service auxiliary police team in Longhua District.This paper finds that there are several problems in the management of law enforcement service auxiliary police team in Longhua District: first,the police force has been misappropriated;second,there is imbalance in the professional development of auxiliary police;third,the organization lacks sense of belonging;fourth,the normalization training is not in place.The main reasons are: under the influence of the idea of "one game of chess",the incentive mechanism is not perfect,the organizational culture "soft environment" is weak,and the professional identity of the auxiliary police is not high.Finally,based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,combined with the reform of the auxiliary police in Shenzhen,this paper puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of system design and specific operation,including strict post management,sound reward and punishment mechanism,strengthening the construction of the "soft environment" of the organization,and enriching and improving the post exchange system.
