Research On The Construction Of Auxiliary Police Force In Q City

With the rapid economic development and social transformation in China,the situation of social security is severe and complex,and the problem of insufficient police force of public security organs is increasingly apparent.In order to alleviate the police pressure,the auxiliary police force has been growing and becoming an indispensable supplementary force for the public security organs.At the same time,the construction and development of the auxiliary police team are restricted by some problems,such as unclear legal status,unclear responsibilities and authorities,low occupational security,and nonstandard management and use.As an important part of the public security team,how to strengthen the construction of the auxiliary police team has become an urgent problem in deepening the reform of public security.Under this background,under the guidance of the public management theory,combined with the multiple practices of Q city public security organs,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the auxiliary police force in this city,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to designing a way of the construction of the auxiliary police force that meets the actual needs and has local characteristics,which can provide useful reference for the construction of the auxiliary police force of Q city and other regions.The article consists of four parts.First of all,the auxiliary police and its team construction related concepts and theoretical basis are explained.Then it systematically introduces the current situation of the auxiliary police force in Q City,summarizes the existing problems in the construction of the auxiliary police force in Q City,and tries to analyze the causes of the problems.Then it lists the advanced practices in the management of auxiliary police in some areas at home and abroad,as a reference.Finally,from the top-level design,management mode,occupational security and other aspects,this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the construction of auxiliary police team in Q city.
