Study On Mediation Of Internet Public Opinion Of Public Crisis

At present,in the period of social transformation in China,netizens express their opinions on public events,and all kinds of views,attitudes and views are interwoven in the cyberspace,which ultimately forms various forms of cyber public opinion.Through the instant and fast Butterfly Effect of the network,network public opinion is involved in more and more people.Under the deliberate guidance,network public opinion may be transformed into a part of public crisis events,seriously affecting the effective disposal of crisis events,bringing unnecessary disorder and panic to society.Therefore,it has certain theoretical and practical significance to study the public crisis events and the network public opinion associated with them,to analyze its causes,to find out the ways and means to relieve public opinion,and to put forward specific countermeasures.Firstly,this paper uses literature research method to explain the response to public crisis events and the current situation of the management and control of network public opinion in China,affirms the achievements made,and points out the gap and shortcomings in this field with developed countries abroad.Secondly,it introduces the concept of public crisis network public opinion and the related theoretical basis of public crisis management,which provides theoretical basis for the research work of this paper.Thirdly,by summarizing the current situation of network public opinion in China's public crisis incidents,it points out that the main problems in the current situation of network public opinion in China are that the single government one-way management can not meet the actual situation of public opinion control in China,and analyses the positive and negative aspects of current network public opinion resolution strategies;fourthly,starting from specific cases,through Shandong Province".Shouguang Flood Event"and the analysis of its network public opinion,analyze the current government-led mode of dealing with public crisis events and network public opinion in China,and the necessity of leading social management from one-way governance to two-way and multi-way governance;Fifth,through the analysis of the experience of developed countries in network public opinion management,perfect each other in the process of network public opinion governance in China.Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward in the aspects of networking legal system,awareness raising,initiative,establishment of mechanism and collaborative governance.I hope that through the efforts of this paper,we can make a small contribution to the improvement of the network public opinion control system of public crisis events.
