A Study On The Mechanism Of Network Public Opinion Response To Public Emergencies In B City

After entering the era of big data,network public opinion is not only more complex,but also more and more frequent.It can be found that at present,as a public emergency,its network public opinion shows many new characteristics.In this case,the local government,as a public opinion responder,has also changed its relevant requirements in response to public opinion.In particular,we need to see that there are still many problems and deficiencies in the response work of local governments in China.At this time,we should think about it properly It is very difficult to solve this kind of network public opinion well.At present,as a local government,how to deal with the challenges of network public opinion and how to seize the opportunities of the development of network public opinion in the new era need to be further studied.With the help of a variety of research methods,such as literature research and field investigation,etc.,this study takes the network public opinion response mechanism of public emergencies in B city as the research object.After analyzing its relevant theories and concepts,this paper introduces the basic status of the network public opinion response mechanism of public emergencies in B city,and selects the African swine fever event in XX County of B City as a typical example of online public opinion response for research and analysis.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the case and the Enlightenment of experience and lessons,this paper reflects the implementation effect and existing problems of the network public opinion response mechanism in B city,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the network public opinion response mechanism of sudden public events in B city,that is,improve the public opinion monitoring system and diversify the monitoring of public opinion;improve the public opinion handling mechanism to enhance the response effect;improve the linkage mechanism and coordinate departmental cooperation;improve the public opinion guidance mechanism and strengthen the public opinion guidance in multiple dimensions;strengthen the government’s credibility construction and strengthen the rule of law.The purpose is to provide feasible countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems existing in the network public opinion response work of unexpected public events in B city,and enrich the relevant theoretical research.
