Research On The Response Of Public Crisis Events To Network Public Opinion

In recent years,the public crisis events involving various fields of people’s livelihood have occurred continuously in our country,so establishing and perfecting the public crisis management has become an important content of improving the ability of the government to manage public affairs.It is also an important embodiment of the news media as the mouthpiece of the party and the government.The government,the media and the public are the three indispensable aspects of establishing a crisis management mechanism.Correct and timely crisis communication can effectively convey the voice of the government.This paper reviews the mass incidents of land expropriation in Jinning,Yunnan Province,and finds out the deficiencies of the government,media and the public in handling the crisis.The three restrict and influence each other,form the "triangle interactive communication mode",study the characteristics of Internet space,the characteristics of network public opinion,find the mechanism of public crisis caused by network public opinion.It is of great significance to prevent the occurrence of public crisis events and to deal with public crisis events correctly.This paper uses comparative research method,case analysis method and literature analysis method to write,through the study of network public opinion operation law and transmission characteristics,public crisis events network public opinion analysis of four stages.And the government’s experience and deficiency in dealing with network public opinion,and put forward the basic ways to deal with the public crisis on the basis of network public opinion.The first part of the introduction mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic,the thinking of writing and the innovation of this paper.Skillful use of skills to deal with the crisis caused by network public opinion is of great significance for safeguarding the interests of the broad masses and strengthening social public management.The second part expounds the related concepts of network public opinion andpublic crisis and the theoretical basis of this paper.On the basis of analyzing the explanation of related concepts at home and abroad,the paper defines the concepts of network public opinion and public crisis.The related theories used in this paper are the butterfly effect and the spiral theory of silence.The third part analyzes the characteristics of network public opinion communication in public crisis events(main body game,interaction,evolution and decline)and communication characteristics(media characteristics of hot events of network public opinion,communication characteristics).This paper combs the running law and communication characteristics of network public opinion,and analyzes the formation and development process of network public opinion.Taking the mass incident of land expropriation in Jinning,Yunnan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the network public opinion response to the mass incident,the four-stage analysis of the public crisis event and the media response policy in different stages,and analyzes the government and the public.The role of the media in public crisis events.The main ideas of Internet public opinion response in public crisis events are discussed.They are mainly guided by "Dredging","restriction" and "restriction".Part 6th discusses how to deal with public crisis on the basis of network public opinion.From the leading role of the government(correct guiding ideology clear network public opinion work direction,make public opinion plan,construct public opinion management mechanism,implement public opinion guidance work.Perfect network laws and regulations,media objective impartiality(media linkage,appropriate media strategy for crisis dissemination,master the law of network public opinion)and public benign interaction(people-oriented,improve public media literacy)from the government,the media,Three aspects of the public to put forward the government on the basis of network public opinion on the basis of public crisis proposals.The innovation of this paper lies in the empirical research on the hot events of network public opinion in 2013-2016,and finds out the running rules and the spreading characteristics of the hot events of network public opinion.The interaction relationshipbetween network public opinion and public crisis is presented stereoscopically,which includes the whole process from the gestation of network public opinion to the occurrence and solution of public crisis.The research on network public opinion monitoring,analysis and other technical problems in this paper is not deep enough,the practical experience of public crisis management is not enough,and other factors and possible conditions are not fully considered,it is necessary to study and study in the future.The study is constantly improving.
