The Study Of Spontaneous Resettlement-type Miao Village Community Governance

The country’s overall planning of urban and rural development and the pursuit of all-round development have given birth to the unprecedented expectation of Rural Revitalization.Rural Revitalization cannot be separated from the stability,harmony,order and development of rural areas.As an important part of rural governance,the governance of ethnic village community is directly related to the speed and degree of Rural Revitalization.This paper takes “village L”as the research object,from the perspective of political science,based on the empirical research on “village L”of Miao village community of spontaneous migration type,using literature research method,interview method and observation method,and so on,under the guidance of governance theory and social governance theory of ethnic village,how to realize the "good governance" of ethnic spontaneous migration village community is the main line,This paper studies the governance of “village L” in Miao village community of spontaneous migration type,and tries to put forward new ideas and new ideas to promote the governance of village community of spontaneous migration of ethnic minorities from individual cases to the whole,and finally answers the questions of individual cases.According to the study,“village L” of the Miao village community of spontaneous migration has the difficulties of poverty,political rights,basic public services and social integration due to the lack of identity,which to a certain extent affects the governance efficiency of “village L”.Therefore,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the government led,including social organizations,national political elites and village community self-organization and other multiple subjects have made contributions to the governance of “village L”.In order to optimize the governance of the village community of spontaneous migration of ethnic minorities,it is necessary to give full play to the leading role of the government,the basic role of grass-roots villagers’ autonomy and theparticipation role of non-profit social organizations.The behavior of spontaneous migration of ethnic minorities is not a single phenomenon.In the western ethnic areas of China,there are a certain number and scale of spontaneous migration of ethnic minorities.The practice of spontaneous migration has been a long time and it has become a established fact.First of all,we need to affirm the anti-poverty effect of spontaneous migration of ethnic minorities;Secondly,as a microcosm of the governance of ethnic minority villages in the border areas of China,the governance of Miao Autonomous resettlement villages can provide some useful reference for the governance of ethnic minority autonomous resettlement villages;finally,as an important part of rural governance,the governance of ethnic minority villages is the practice of modernization of national governance system and governance capacity at the grass-roots level,which is related to its promotion speed and degree of realization.
