Study On Social Governance Of Spontaneous Immigrant In Yongxin Village,Ningxia

Tangut home base,clear grass sand.located in "an abundant place beyond the frontier as the southern regions of the Changjiang River" Zhongwei Yongkang Town Yongxin Village was set up in 1986 by the government organized by the relocation of the village,along with the implementation of the village,led a large number of immigrants to form a village,this special group of immigrants is spontaneous migration,at present,Yongxin Village a total of 2008 people,and the village villagers all from the "Xihai Gu" southern mountain area of Ningxia,is now the only pure Hui village.Because of the special composition of Yongxin Village,nearly three quarters of the population are spontaneous immigrants,and naturally can not be managed like the traditional rural communities,but also different from the contemporary rural communities.Due to the limitation of the household registration system,the spontaneous immigrants in Yongxin Village were in a state of loose government management and even unmanaged from the beginning of spontaneous migration,until today,the management problems of spontaneous migration have not been solved,and this part of the group is still in an awkward position.This paper also points out that the group of spontaneous immigrants in Yongxin Village is the positive response made by the vast number of Hui compatriots in order to get rid of poverty as soon as possible and run to a well-off society,which has played a benign effect on the poverty alleviation and development of the whole society,so it is necessary to correctly evaluate the problems in the process of spontaneous migration from relocation to management.This paper mainly takes Yongxin Village,Yongkang Town,Zhongwei City,Ningxia as the research object,takes social governance as the main line,through the visit investigation of grass-roots organizations and community immigrants,from five aspects: construction of spontaneous migration subject,social life of spontaneous migration,social governance status,self-management mode of spontaneous migration and evaluation and suggestion of social governance effect.
