| Facing the current world multi-polarization,economic globalization,social informatization and cultural diversification,the Chinese Communist Party of China has conducted external party-to-party exchange directed by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.In order to promote relationship with other countries and work together to create a community of a shared future for mankind,the Chinese Communist Party of China has committed to establish dialogues with various political parties willing to interact,enhance the relationship with political parties in various countries and promote bilateral exchange and cooperation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the theory of external party-to-party exchange of the Chinese Communist Party in a new eraThis paper believed that,the theory of external party-to-party exchange of the Chinese Communist Party in a new era reflects the Sinicization of Marxism inter-party relations.Based on the research methods of literature research,case study and historical research,this paper tries to roundly discusses the causes,contents,characteristics and the domestic and international significance of the theory of external party-to-party exchange in a new era.In this paper,the theory of external party-to-party exchange of the Chinese Communist Party in a new era has initially formed,the contents include exchanging the experience of administering the party and the country,promoting the world socialism development,aiming at a community of shared future for mankind,taking "seek common ground while reserving differences","mutual respect","learn from each other" as the principle.Besides,it also shows the communication channel,such as bilateral exchanges,multilateral exchanges,high-level exchanges.They reflect the characteristics:taking the responsibility for common development,having stable and sustainable mechanisms,taking both the domestic and international situations into consideration with strategic perspective.This paper shows that the theory of external party-to-party exchange of the Chinese Communist Party in a new era not only makes contributions to plentiful theoretical meanings,but also helps the Chinese Communist Party learn from each other while exchanging the experience of administering the party and the country,and finally enhances the image of the Chinese Communist Party and China on the international stage.Beyond that,the theory of external party-to-party exchange of the Chinese Communist Party in a new era contributes to peace and development of the world by promoting Chinese and foreign relationships,building a new type of international relations and promoting the world socialism development,which are guided by the wish to create a community of a shared future for mankind.It is hoped that above preliminary research can provide some references for scholars’ research. |
