Chinese young pioneers is a very important organization in term of ideologically and morally education of Chinese young generation.As a special kind of educators in China,the young pioneers’ counselors are the main force of the young pioneers’ work in schools and the concrete implementers of the young pioneers’ work.So,through what ways to enhance the professional development of Young Pioneer Counselors? And then promote the innovation of young pioneer counselors’ professional development?The researcher of this paper is a young pioneer team counselor in rural primary schools.She has been engaged in young pioneer work for more than three years and is willing to grow up to be an excellent young pioneer counselor.However,in the development of youth pioneer activities and personal ability enhancement,there will always be confusion and dilemma.The researcher takes his own experience and feelings as the starting point,starting from the individual young pioneer counselor,carefully and dynamically shows a young young pioneer counselor’s important personal experience and mental journey in the process of his professional development.This research mainly uses the narrative research method to interpret and study the growth of a part-time counselor’s professional development,which is transformed from a science teacher,and to analyze the working status of Young Pioneer Counselors.Through practice,it summarizes the ways that can effectively promote the professional development of counselors,so as to promote the professional development of Young Pioneer Counselors.For practical guidance,improve and improve the work of Young Pioneers.In order to achieve this goal,according to the purpose and content of the study and the practical experience of the researchers,the study reveals and summarizes the current young pioneer counselor team’s low degree of specialization,lack of teachers,lack of systematic and effective pre-service and in-service training,neglect of young pioneer work,and lack of overall treatment of counselors and teachers.The current situation of higher education restricts the professional development of Young Pioneer Counselors.Accordingly,this paper puts forward some strategies to promote the professional development of Young Pioneer Counselors.Firstly,the guarantee of externalenvironment is the premise of the professional development of Young Pioneer Counselors.Ensure the important position of Young Pioneers’ work,improve the professional status of counselors;enhance the status of counselors,standardize the appointment and selection system;improve the job training mechanism of Young Pioneers’ counselors.Secondly,the awareness of self-improvement is the key to the professional development of Young Pioneer Counselors.Strengthen the study of professional knowledge,form the concept of lifelong learning;give full play to individual subjective initiative,enhance their professional ability;establish correct professional concept,enhance their professional awareness.
