Young Pioneer Counselors are the main personnel in the ideological and ideological education of children and adolescents in China.They are the leaders of their life pursuit,organizers of their practical experience,servers of healthy growth,defenders of their legitimate rights and interests and creators of good development environment.Because of the particularity of educational environment,task and goal,Young Pioneer counselors in border minority areas need to have more professional knowledge,professional skills and professional sentiment.The professional quality of young pioneer counselors affects the effectiveness of young pioneer work.Therefore,in practical work,Young Pioneer Counselors should constantly carry out professional development and constantly improve their knowledge and ability structure.However,as a result of being in the border ethnic areas,the professional development of Young Pioneer Counselors has also been hindered.This study selected young pioneer counselors from six primary schools in Mangshi City,Dehong Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan Province,as the research object.Through questionnaire survey and interviews,the current professional development status and existing problems of young pioneer counselors in border minority areas were understood,the causes of the problems were explored,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward accordingly.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction.This paper elaborates the reasons for choosing the topic,the purpose and significance of the research and the research methods.And after reading a large number of documents,the relevant literature research at home and abroad was summarized,and the related concepts of the study were defined,and the theoretical basis of the study was determined.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the development status of Young Pioneer Counselors in border minority areas.Through collecting,sorting out and statistic questionnaire data,this paper analyses the basic situation and professional development of Young Pioneer Counselors.In the third part,the author combines the data analysis results of the survey on the current situation of youth pioneer counseling in border minority areas with the interview data of local youth pioneer counselors to understand the basic situation of the current youth pioneer counselors in border minority areas and find out the problems in the professional development.This paper makes an analysis of the causes of the problems existing in the professional development of Young Pioneer Counselors in border minority areas,mainly from two aspects of objective and subjective factors.The fourth part aims at the problems mentioned above,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the professional development of Young Pioneer Counselors in border minority areas.Firstly,we should optimize the external support for the professional development of young pioneer counselors;secondly,we should improve the management system of young pioneer counselors in border minority areas;secondly,we should ensure the training resources of young pioneer counselors in border minority areas;finally,we should strengthen the professional sentiment of young pioneer counselors in border minority areas.
