As a unique class of educators in China,Young Pioneers counselors are the hard core of Young Pioneers' work and undertake the important task of cultivating new generations of socialist builders and successors for the motherland.With the development and renewal of teacher professional development research,professional development of young pioneers instructors has gradually attracted widespread attention from domestic scholars in recent years.The professional development of young Pioneers' counselors is based on their own professional consciousness of self-consciousness development.Specialized counselor education is an important approach.Under the protection of related systems and,the professional abilities of counselors are constantly improving and upgrading.At present,the research on the professional development of Young Pioneer counselors by Chinese scholars is mainly focused on the theoretical discussion of the general laws in the professional development process of the tutor teams,and the quantitative statistical study on the professional development status of the young Pioneers counselors in a specific region.At the same time,less attention has been paid to the personal experience of the young pioneer team counselors in their professional development.The study takes this as the entry point,mainly adopting the method of narrative research,and the actual experience of the professional development of a L-director who was originally transformed from a physical education teacher and who has been awarded the title of instructor of the autonomous region's outstanding young pioneer team for many times.Qualitative research started from the heart of the journey,with a view to providing guidance and practical reference for more counselors in the frontline,adding new results for the current research on the professional development of Young Pioneers counselors.While narrating the professional development process of L instructors,this study explores the stage characteristics of his professional development process,and explores hidden problems in his professional development process.On this basis,to re-understand the professional development of Young Pioneers' counselors,first of all,in the understanding of the connotation of Young Pioneers' professional development,the study believes that the professional development of Young Pioneers counselors is both a process of professional development and a process of self-growth;Secondly,in the understanding of the professional development stage of Young Pioneer counselors,this study believes that different professional development stages have different features and development tasks,and the professional development stage of young Pioneers counselors presents a distinct duality.Furthermore,based on the problems highlighted in the professional development of the L tutors,Both from the young pioneer team tutors themselves and the external environment try to put forward suggestions to promote the professional development of the Young Pioneers' tutors.For young Pioneers tutors themselves,they should wake up the sense of professional development.,to ensure that self-reflection is regularized and to keep records of key events to make itself a promoter of professional development;in terms of the external environment,it is necessary to improve and implement the relevant policies for the professional development of the Young Pioneers' counselors,regulate the appointment,training,and evaluation systems,and establish The Young Pioneer Counselor professionally develops the community to support the professional development of counselors.
